TB Outpatient Unit Cost Estimates (capturetb)
capturetb is an R package for the estimation of TB outpatient visit costs according to facility characteristics. The package vignettes provide detailed documentation on use. There is also a Javascript web app that makes the same models available online.
CAPTURE Scale and Scope Mechanistic Cost Function (CASC)
CASC is an online Javascript app for the estimation of program costs at different levels of scale using a mechanistic cost function that captures economies of scale and scope. The model is also available to download as an Excel workbook.
TB Patient Cost Calculator (TB-PaCC)
TB-PaCC is a webtool for the estimation of per-episode TB household costs (previously referred to as TB patient costs). Estimates are provided for 129 low- and middle- income countries between 2009-2024. Costs are stratified by category and as care cascade phase.
