TB Outpatient Unit Cost Estimates (capturetb)
capturetb is an R package for the estimation of TB outpatient visit costs according to facility characteristics. The package vignettes provide detailed documentation on use. There is also a Javascript web app that makes the same models available online.
CAPTURE Scale and Scope Mechanistic Cost Function (CASC)
CASC is an online Javascript app for the estimation of program costs at different levels of scale using a mechanistic cost function that captures economies of scale and scope. The model is also available to download as an Excel workbook.
